Enzyme - It's All Dark
A homie send me this one some days ago to share it with you and here it is. At first I couldn't remember where I have heard of Enzyme before but when I read that Pseudo aka Brodhi of Lip Service appears on this release it made click and this and that came into my mind. Check it...

Constant Elevation
Constant Elevation is a small compilation with at least 11 tracks containing only two vocal tracks. One with the Freestyle Fellowship that is called "Crazy" and was produced by Omid. The beat was also on Omid's "Afterwords" like the Instrumental that is called "Schrödinger's Cat". There is also another nice beat by Omid together with Nobody! The other vocal track comes from Antipop Consortium. Enjoy.......

Naptron - Transmitting / Put Your Hands Up 12"

This Naptron release is getting more and more difficult to find. It was released on Funk La Planet records which is run by Benjamin Deffe. I have also posted up two other releases from FLP earlier with Phoenix Orion on them. They are part of the Alien Nation era back in the day when they resided in Brooklyn, NYC.
This record contains two different mixes of Put Your Hands Up plus an instrumental and Transmitting plus its instrumental. Transmitting features the insane freestyle king Supernatural.
Update: I ripped the record by myself this time. I think it sounds better than the version before.

Request: Neila - Vertical Trees EP
About one year before the album came out, Neila released this EP picking one track from every producer that also appeared on the album except Myk Mansun and Matth. There is also an EP only track that is produced by DJ Casey of the group Innernational. I have only added the versions that are not on the album meaning the instrumentals and the EP only track.

Graffiti Kings
Today I will throw in another fine compilation. Again a bunch of dope artists appear on it as you can see in the tags list below. The DicoGs entry states appearances of Abstract Rude and Pete Rock which is not correct! But Pete Rock did one beat for Spinderella of Salt'n'Pepa and Suga B from Urban Prop. Pretty nice combo btw! Other pearls are Awol One's track called "Life" with its sluggish beat, Swollen Member's "Deep End" and ?

Omid - Distant Drummer
This is Omid's first release after the Beneath The Surface with a totally different approach. Most headz were skeptical about it but all I can say again is that it is different. It is like Amon Tobin's "Bricolage" were at a first listen you might think "Oh, that's a chaos". But if you listen to it more often you can discover ordered soundscapes some of them are more abstract and some are not. The track "Ways Of The World" is the instrumental of the track "Atlas" from Jizzm's "Archives" with Nikko singing over it a lil bit. All other tracks are instrumentals.
The video is down :(

Radioinactive & The Pyramidi All-Stars 2002 live in Berlin
A good friend gave meeee a nice recording of a concert that happened in 2002 in Berlin. It was a pretty good show. The Artists who appeared were Radioinactive with Anti MC and Clouddead( Dose One, Odd Nosdam and Why? ). This recording only contains the performance of Radio and Anti MC lasting approx 30 minutes. It was recorded with a pocket recorder so it also catched the sounds of the audience and you can get a very good impression of the atmosphere during the concert. Many thanks goes out to the submitter for this wonderful recording.

Deeskee - Focused Sonic Suicide

This is one of the rarest stuff I can offer on this blog. Actually, I got a copy of this tape from a friend about 9 years ago, I hope he is ok with meeee uploading it :) It is one of the weirdest tapes I have ever heard. If you just listen to the first track you'll surely understand what I mean.
Yesterday, my friend gave me his tape and I'm proud to announce that all tracks are now available her as a 1st generation dub!

Impressions On Concrete
Impressions On Concrete is a project where DJ Presto brings various beat-smiths together on two vinyl records. I can remember that I once read that Omid, who also appear on this record, has pushed Presto to release his music because he liked his jazzy beatz. He not only pushed him to but also supported him and probably he also helped him to launch the label Concrete Grooves that was the home for various releases of Presto. The moment I first heard the music from Presto I liked it. He has 3 tracks on this record that are also on Presto's Inflight Instrumentals album and also on one of his 12"es. "Reminisce" is also on Akumas "Eye in the sky" album having a nice tempo of 96bpm. Omid's track "Solarism" is the instrumental of 2Mex's "Control Mexica" off the "B-Boys In Occupied Mexico" album where the track is falsely credited to be produced by Mum's The Word. To meeee it also sounds like it is produced by Omid but it could probably be produced by both. Mum's The Word also appears on this record like Fat Jack, Flaco, M Fusion, DJ Smash, Mr Montes, Khurse and Sach.

The Infidelity Project
The Infidelity Project is a 2xCD compilation with close to two and a half hours of music. Gunther B took care of alot of them beats plus some other guys. There are also alot of features of MCs I have never heard of before excluding Tommy V. First I thought that some guys might be from EX2 but I saw that some guys also appeared on the Mystery School projects some others are difficult to track down.
The music reminds a lil bit on the Anonymous Inc album with a touch of the Anticon stuff.

Sonic Sum - Plaster Man

As requested by jackdevo, here is the second installment by the Sonic Sum. It is more an EP than an album. Originally 8 tracks deep it also has a hidden bonus track which is an instrumental. 3 tracks were taken from The Sanity Annex album while 2 of them are their respective remixes. "Rocket" appears on the forthcoming album "Films".
